We want you to love what you wear, and we take quality seriously. Since all our items are made-to-order, each product is printed just for you when you place your order. This approach helps us reduce waste and keep our collections creative and fresh.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Selecting the wrong color or design
  • Simply changing your mind

We totally understand that mistakes can happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please email us at info@printpopstudio.com within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
