What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We know how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. If your order appears to be lost in transit or has been marked delivered but not received, we’ll help you investigate and resolve it.

Here's what to do:

  1. Check around your delivery area — porches, side doors, neighbors, or building mailrooms
  2. Contact your local carrier or post office — they may have more delivery details
  3. Still no luck?

    Email us at info@printpopstudio.com with your order number and tracking info.

We’ll work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and, depending on the situation, offer a reprint or refund.

Please note: While we do our best to help, we’re not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. However, we’ll always try to find a fair solution.
